Enclomiphene
Selective estrogen receptor modulator used to raise endogenous testosterone
Enclomiphene is the purified trans isomer of clomiphene citrate, representing a major leap forward in testosterone restoration technology. By removing the zuclomiphene isomer, which acts as an estrogen and stays in the body for a long time, Enclomiphene provides the HPTA stimulating benefits of Clomid without the estrogenic baggage. It is an extremely effective antagonist at the estrogen receptors in the pituitary, leading to a surge in LH and FSH.
For many users, this is the holy grail of PCT or testosterone boosting therapy because it lacks the emotional instability and depressive episodes that can be caused by the original Clomid mixture. It allows for the restoration of natural testosterone levels while often improving, rather than harming, the user's mood and libido.
In a practical sense, Enclomiphene is significantly more potent than the original mixture. Research indicates that daily doses as low as 12.5mg can be just as effective as 50mg of standard Clomid at raising total testosterone. Users frequently report a much smoother transition off cycle, with fewer of the hormonal crash symptoms like brain fog or lethargy.
Because it doesn't have the same estrogenic activity in the brain as zuclomiphene, it is much less likely to cause the robotic or flat emotional feeling that some other SERMs induce. While it is harder to source than traditional Clomid, it is widely considered the superior option for anyone prioritizing mental health and long term recovery of the endocrine system.
