Raloxifene (Evista)

Raloxifene, commercially known as Evista, is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM). While Nolvadex are used for both Post Cycle Therapy and gynecomastia, Raloxifene is the compound of choice when the primary objective is the targeted protection or reversal of breast tissue only.

It functions as a competitive antagonist at the estrogen receptors specifically within the breast tissue, preventing circulating estrogen from signaling for the growth of glandular tissue. Conversely, it acts as an estrogen agonist in the bone and liver, providing the benefit of increased bone mineral density and a positive impact on cholesterol profiles.
